We want to inform you about food that your children are eating in our kindergarden and inspire you by our receipes and informations about healthier obtions of eating.







We are making food from most of organic stuff and using always better obtions. We would not use rafine salt or sugar, whitte flour , meat and dairy products.





Part of each dish is fresh vegetable served in different form as fancy as possible and vegetable juice in order to provide alcalic balance and nutritionaly valuable food.

Good bacterias


Part of our health food project will be work with probiotic backterias which provide amazing health benefit. They are normally provided for kids in form of yoghurt. But there is healthier obtion and it is fruit drink with active bacterias.
It makes very nice digesting space in collon, improve imunity and even heal several illnesses which are very common for kids when bad bacteries are overgrown.

Also we want to provide fermented food such like pickles which contains good becteria and is very easy to digest.

Cooked food versus raw food


Becouse we want to serve to children both, cooked food and raw food as well, then is good to know the difference between that, just said in very simple way.

All people interested in raw food are claiming that the major difference is about enzymes. Cooked food does not includes enzymes, which are termo sensitive and then the body has to use own enzymatic sources to digest the food which could make us sometimes tired or it could be reason for more unpleasant things which I could describe latter.
By cooking we also damage a lot of minerals and vitamins.
But eating only raw food would be very difficult for most of people and even much more it could be difficult for children.

Then we want to make very good compromise. If cooked food is mixed with raw food, there is still a lot of enzymes extra and the body reaction to cooked food is smaller. Then it gives more energy and vitality and of course more nutritions.

A lot of children are not in touch with much vegetable and I think it could be very good habit to teach them to have some raw vegetable like a part of their dish.

Do not worry, we for sure will not make your children to be so confused by food like the one from the picture above:-).

What is healthy food?


This is not easy question but I am sure that each of us is sometimes thinking about it, specialy if it is about our children.
There is so much different opinions on the field of healthy food that is so hard to choose which one is right.
I went, during my 15 years chef experience, from common food, to balanced diet including even meat, then vegetarian diet, after macrobiotic diet and ending as a raw chef. Each system has completely different ideas and I think now is the time for me to balance all together when I have the great opportunity to make food for children.

A lot of people feel that the healtiest way is eating fruit and vegetable, but most people would be affraid that they are missing some nutritions. I will writte about this latter.
Also i will writte what is difference between cooked an fresh food.

We want to make for children food which is balanced and included nice cooked food in the way that children enjoy it and they will also get fresh organic vegetable and fruit.

Part of the raw side dish will be even sprouts (which are highly nutritional and has even 500x more nutritions then vegetable) and superfoods such as sea weed, spirulina, wheatgrass, nutritional berries and other valueable food.

Cooked food is not very alcalic and then we want to serve for children sweet vegetable juice which has very strong alcalic efect and makes them healthy and calm.

Our aim is to serve food which is as living as possible and has the highest health benefit.
